This Week the gospel was about a window, Jesus shows the disciples that the rich people who put in a heap of money are just putting in spare change but then a window comes and putts in a couple coins that are equivalent to a penny and Jesus said that she gave more because they were giving change but she was giving everything she had. After we read that we have to awnser some questions here are the questions I aw
What would you do if you had two dollars to spend on a present for someone else?
I would not get much so I would go to the two dollar shop the dairy or I would just give it to them.
How do you feel when people enjoy what you chose for them?
I feel like a good friend because I got them something they like.
What is it like when people say thank you?
It feels nice because they like their gift.
Can you think of some ways you can be generous to others without needing to spend any money?
Give them a hug or just say happy birthday.
Jesus wanted to teach his disciples about what it means to be generous. Who did he use as an example to them?
A widow who gave everything she had and the rich people who gave leftover change.
Why did Jesus say she was more generous than the rich people even though she only gave two small coins?
Because that was all she owned.
If you were Jesus teaching the disciples, what would you hope would happen next in this story?
The disciples would listen and be more generous.
